Q: How long will it take for my products to arrive?

A:  If in stock, your TuChi products will ship within 5-7 days.  Look for the ready to ship badge to see what products are in stock. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks if item is to be customized.  Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee it. 

Q:  What mail carrier do you use for shipping?

A:  We ship orders USPS Priority or First Class depending upon weight.  

Q:  If I become a TuChi VIP, will I get 10% off my order?

A:  Yes, if you have subscribed to be a TuChi VIP, you will receive a special code for 10% off your first order.

Q:  Do you create custom orders with date and special sentiments for weddings and special occasions?

A:  Yes. Please contact us for a quote.  Let’s make your special day even more special with personal sentiments on your TuChi product.

Q:  Can you use a photograph of mine to create a scarf, bag or wallet?

A:  No, we’re sorry. However, you can choose from a cool selection of TuChi abstract floral images located on each product page or in the Color Design Palette on our homepage.

Q:  Can I still get a product made with an image that is no longer in the Color Design Palette?

A:  Images in the Color Design Palette change as new imagery is added but previously featured images may still available.  Please contact us with the image title and, if available, we would be happy to make your TuChi product with the earlier image design.
