Your TuChi will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 days if in stock.  If not, expect 3-4 weeks for design and/or customization. Please note: quite often orders process faster but it cannot be guaranteed.

TuChi scarves are 100% Modal fabric and should be dry cleaned to keep them beautiful.
TuChi bags and wallets are made with quality leather and durable fade resistant fabrics which can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soapy water.  It is also recommended that you spray your product with Scotch Guard to help make it stain resistant.

Please note:  Your product(s) can be damaged if mistreated and not cared for as indicated above.

We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through USPS.                                                                                                                                          TuChi is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.  These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
We offer free shipping for all scarf orders shipped Domestically.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your TuChi may still need 3-4 weeks if customization with date/special sentiment is required.

RETURNS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        We want you to LOVE your TuChi!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at cs@mytuchi.com within 3 business days so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Products that are damaged unless they arrive defective.
  • Personalized and/or customized products unless due to our error.
  • Clearance items.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.  When at all possible, please return products in original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if it qualifies for refund or exchange.
If approved for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14  days.  Please note:  exact refund date will be dependent upon your bank or credit card company.  If after 7-14 days, you still have not received your refund and have contacted your bank or credit card company – please notify us at cs@mytuchi.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You are responsible for return shipping.

For an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be credited to your account.
